HAUL: Apple and KIT Travel Essentials

by - Monday, March 28, 2016

March has been a totally jam-packed month. Been running errands here and there. Also, I have just finished defending my thesis early this month and now I've been going out to buy stuff I need for our Vigan trip. Too much enthusiasm, too little moolah. Haha!

Apple iPhone Lightning Cable (P1,190)
Part of my essentials for this month is my charger. I had two lightning cables, one came with the iphone and the other came with my ipad mini. I pride myself on being the most sentimental and most CAREFUL owner of (almost) anything. I bought my Blackberry phone long ago and after 5-6 years it's still here with me working smoothly.

One of my two lightning cables broke down on me after a year of usage. I didn't panic since I still have another one. I heard people complaining that theirs didn't work after less than a year and saw their cable looking all messed up. Mine were all looking great like new. Well, but after exactly 3 years of usage, my last piece of lightning cable broke down too.

I dunno about you, but it really broke my heart to shell out a thousand bucks for a charger. CD-R king didn't help either. I bought 2 of their cheap ass cables too and they broke down on me after a week or two. Dang! How can I even use their week-long warranty d'ba? hahaha

KIT - Keeping It Together (travel essentials)
Enough with the huff. Been searching for a certain travel kit I saw somewhere, it's too bad that the mall nearest to us doesn't carry them. So when my partner found KIT store, he knew I need to check it out.

I totally squealed in delight when I saw those empty spray bottles. BEEN LEMMING FOR THESE SPRAY BOTTLES for my future DIY stints! Haha! The OCD in me couldn't contain the excitement.

I checked almost everything and so far they have reasonable (mall) prices. They carry a wide selection of anything that's useful for any traveler or anyone on the go. They have jars in different sizes, spray bottles, pump bottles, soap containers, perfume spray bottles, etc. All come in different travel-friendly sizes.

They have mini pots for creams, lotions, foundation testers or even contact lens containers. KUDOS FOR SELLING MINI SPATULA!!! I think that would also be useful for one of my makeup pots. I LOVE K.I.T already! Too bad I wasn't able to get the name of the super friendly saleslady who eagerly accommodated me.
